Pricing guide

What a websiteactually costsfor yourbusiness.

Most companies make you book a discovery call before you know the price. Here’s what we charge, what can move the price up or down, and what you get for it. If your budget and this page don’t match, you’ll know in two minutes instead of two weeks.

01 / The short answer

Two packages,one monthly plan.

Essential Website

$2,400

One-time build fee for a polished, mobile-friendly site with a clear next step.

Premium Website System

$3,900

Everything in Essential, plus booking, a review funnel, and a copywriting upgrade.

Care plan

$89 / mo

Required on every build. Hosting, updates, monitoring, and one small edit each month.

So a first year on Essential is $2,400 plus $1,068 of care, and Premium is $3,900 plus $1,068. Prices are in Canadian dollars.

02 / What moves the price

Why one sitecosts morethan another.

01

How many services you sell

A single-service business needs less structure than a clinic with eight services, three practitioners, and package pricing. More offers means more pages, more writing, and more decisions about how people choose.

02

Whether people book or inquire

A contact form is simple. Real booking, with your calendar, your availability, and confirmation emails, is a system. That is the main difference between Essential and Premium.

03

How ready your content is

If you have photos and can describe your services, the build moves fast. If the words have to be written from scratch, that is the copywriting upgrade in Premium.

04

What happens after launch

A site that nobody maintains gets slow, stale, and eventually broken. The $89/mo care plan is not optional here, because an unmaintained site stops earning its cost within a year.

05 / Your options

Three ways toget a website.

Build it yourself

Cheapest in dollars, most expensive in hours. Fine if you enjoy the work and have the weekends. The common outcome is a site that looks passable and never quite explains what you sell, because writing your own offer is the hard part, not dragging blocks around.

Hire a freelancer

Wide range, wide variance. You may get someone excellent or someone who disappears after launch. Ask specifically who maintains it afterwards, because that is where most cheap builds quietly fail.

Work with a studio

You pay for judgement: what to say, what to cut, what the next step should be. Hardy is the small end of this, one person, fixed prices, live in a few weeks, and a maintenance plan so the site does not rot after launch.

06 / Questions

Before youspend anything.

Why is the care plan required?

Because an unmaintained website is a liability. Things break, plugins age, links die, and nobody notices until a client mentions it. The $89/mo covers hosting, updates, monitoring, upkeep, and one small edit request per month.

Do I pay everything upfront?

No. To start your project, you pay a 50% deposit. The remaining 50% is due before your site goes live. Monthly care begins once your site is launched.

Do I own the site?

Yes. The site, the domain, and the content are yours. The care plan keeps it hosted, current, and looked after.

How long does it take?

Live in a few weeks, not months. The pace depends mostly on how quickly you get me your content and photos.
